We are from Assam and visited Prayagraj to attend the Maha Kumbha Mela.We booked Hotel Shree Kanha Residency from 9th January to 13th January,2025.We were given the number of CMD Shri Shashwat and he pleasantly gave us the location and guided us and also arranged for Manager Shri Nikhil Pandey to contact us.Shri Pandey arranged transportation from Railway Station to hotel late at night. Arriving at the hotel we found our room very spacious and comfortable.All arrangements were available and working. The bed sheets, bathrooms and other facilities were near and clean.The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I must also mention Manager Shri Ajay Singh who delivered all requests promptly. Another Manager Shri Abhishek ji also gave us good local knowledge about the Kumbha Mela and other important details. The hotel also has a superb restaurant Zimana where you can get varieties of delicious vegetarian dishes. All in all it is a fantastic hotel, situated very near Railway Station,in a quiet locality. The stay has been pleasant. Rooms are neat and clean and housekeeping service is prompt. Their restaurant, Zimana, serves hot and delicious meals. Front desk, particularly Abhishek, has been helpful in organising sight seeing tours and inter city transfers. I would recommend for a comfortable stay.

Property is at good location. Rooms are good. But staff behaviour is not good. They will charge you for the faulty things in the room like telephone wire, even if you don’t do that. Charges are too high for the things they are providing in the hotel.

Good room, tasty food, excellent location. staff was very courteous. breakfast, lunch and dinner - all were yummy

Behaviour of manpower should be improved, no doubt food is good but cleanliness and people behaviour should be improved

Hotel is easily located. Very good eateries available nearby. The rooms allotted were very clean. Hot water available throughout. Rooms have good kettle ventilation, kettle and amenities. Bed was softer and little uncomfortable. In house restaurant is great. Clean and Good ambience

We had planned to stay in the hotel to have a safe and comfortable visit to the maha kumbh. We certainly enjoyed the stay and things went as planned. Food was good and staff was very accommodative.

Hotel rooms are average. Bed found to be uncomfortable. Room service poor. They provide 1 towel, 1 dental kit& no hand towels. On demand only they provide. Once u call room service, it is no reply or it takes too much time to attend. Restaurant jimana of the hotel is good, enjoyed 3 meals in the restaurant. No images

Clean property with restaurant also available. Hot water available. Went during khumb. Went by erickshaw.
